Return and Exchange Policies

All sales are final. If product is damaged, or arrives broken please contact us at info@thenewnos.com. Proof of damage is required. A refund will be processed in the amount paid for the product, however, this excludes delivery charges as well as costs you incur in returning the product to us. Refund will be issued according to the method of payment originally used when purchasing the product.

Candles are hand-poured and will vary as a result. Slight imperfections make them unique. All candles have been tested and will have high performance with proper use.

The New Nostalgia does not assume responsibility for additional taxes, duties and/or import fees that international customers may be subjected to as a result of their destination country.

Please ensure that you’ve provided an accurate address. The New Nostalgia is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address as a result of customer error.
